Interesting when doing an inspection for an owner that is building with a building company, and the site supervisor is asking me questions on how some building elements go together.
Guys these are the people that are building your homes, not the builder. The guys on site are the ones that need to know what they are doing. In short, my clients were surprised and glad that they got me to do an inspection.
